Working with Newcastle
Procurement Service's role is to enable the University to obtain value for money for the works, goods and services the University requires.
We aim to be seen as a centre of excellence in the University in all matters of purchasing and supply.
Newcastle University has a Procurement Services team responsible for developing the University's procurement strategy, policy, good practice and procedures to secure best value for money procurement.
For specialist services and works, the Procurement Services team works with individual faculties, institutes, schools, and services that have more knowledge of the technical requirements.
