MyImpact 状态 Messages
Publications in MyImpact are assessed against the open access requirements for REF and given an eligiblity status as below. Further guidance is available in the MyImpact 培训 and User Guides (Internal access only).

| 存款等待 | Full text required within 'x' days | Upload accepted manuscript within 'x' days. |
| Acceptance Deposit Missed | Full text can still be uploaded within 'x' days of publication | Upload accepted manuscript within 'x' days. |
| Deposit awaiting check | Full text uploaded and in our queue for processing | No further action required from authors. |
| 存款失败 | Full text not uploaded within required timescale | Apply for a REF OA Exception via MyImpact. |
| 禁运等待 | Full text processed, but awaiting publication to confirm embargo dates | No further action required from authors. |
| 禁运失败 | Embargo period exceeds allowed maximum |
Apply for a REF OA Exception via MyImpact. Authors in HASS whose publication has an embargo of up to 24 months do not need to apply for an exception as this will be applied automatically. |
| 访问等待 | Full text processed, but not yet open access in eprint | No further action required from authors. |
| 访问失败 | Publication does not meet access requirements | No further action required from authors. Faculty research managers will be contacted regarding this status. |
| 不适用 | Published outside current REF period | No further action required from authors |
| 不发表 | Article is 'In Preparation' or 'Submitted' | Change status to 'In Press' or 'Published' when known |
